Instructions to follow in order to use the Teleassistance service

The Teleassistence service will allow our operators to offer remote assistance on your computers. Click on the below push-button in order to request the service; the instructions from our operators will follow.

WARNING If it is the first time you use the teleassistence you will probably be asked to download a Plug-in. Download it. Moreover during the teleassistance session you can be prompted to authorize the desktop sharing . Accept
